Our Story
A little about our daycare... Cherry Blossoms Daycare is an in-home daycare that is licensed to care for up to 5 children. We do not have a set curriculum for the children but rather fluid in our approach in facilitating learning through play. Our schedule includes breakfast, snack, lunch time, outside play, nap time, story time, arts and craft, music time and free play.
Cherry Blossoms Daycare is run and operated by Ms. Hangama. Ms. Hangama has a passion for childcare and has been a daycare teacher for the past 13 years. Prior to starting her in-home daycare, Ms. Hangama worked for KinderCare Center, National Science Foundation center, and Merit School in Arlington, Virginia and Washington, DC. In addition to working with children, she has raised three of her own children contributing to her abundant childcare experience. Ms. Hangama's passion for working with children inspired her to open up Cherry Blossoms Daycare!

PROGRAM
Cherry Blossoms Daycare uses the platform HiMama for daily electronic reports. HiMama is used by our educators to record activities and to document updates throughout the day. At the end of the day, reports are sent to your device and you can see what your child has been up to!
